I have Eclipse + WTP + MyEclipse for my struts/web project. I heard of Lomboz. Are there anything offered by it which isn't in WTP/MyEclipse? Thanks

Alec,
I don't know of anything significant. One of the primary drivers for Lomboz is that you don't have to shell out any money. However, if you are willing to pay the minimal fee, MyEclipse is more than worth it.

Which one is better, NetBeans Vs Myeclipse, in terms of JSP+Struts development?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
