New sourceforge interface has me baffled

I just went to do a new file release of my Stringtree project at Sourceforge only to find that the old row-of-links interface has been replaced by some rather ugly looking rollover menus. However, the ugliness is not what has me baffled. The main problem is that I can't find the file releases section any more.

There used to be a nice "File Releases" link within the "admin" section (and it seems that the Sourceforge help still thinks there is), but I simply can't find it in the new interface.

Is there anyone here with enough privileges on a sourceforge project to work out how to release files using the new UI (or, conversely, to switch a project back to the old UI).

Many thanks.
