Hi,
Where can I find a list of eclipse icons and what they mean?
I'm currently running eclipse 3.1.1 with subclipse, WTP, and BEA jsp editor
plugins. One of my jsp files has a red mark on the bottom right of
it's jsp icon within the explorer window. I'm not sure what this
means. I can't deploy the application at the moment (due to server being down)
but I suspect that this file may throw up some compile errors when it's
accessed.

Those aren't icons, they're "decorations". The most important one is the red circle with the white X in is, since that signals an error. Also noteworthy is the yellow triangle with the "!" in it, which indicates that you've tagged the file with a to-do note or there's a bit of lint in it (such as an unused import statement).

There's no master list, since any plugin can contribute decorations. I got most of my info from a book on Eclipse, but a search of the Eclipse UI docs for "decoration" may help. Or google for "Eclipse decorations".

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
