how does intelliJ support webservices and as a special feature, does is it support WS-Security (e.g. Apache WSS4J) ?

There is currently no built-in Web services support in IntelliJ IDEA. There is a free third-party plugin for Web services support:
As far as I know, the plugin does not have any special support for WS-Security.
