Conflicts when trying to update with Eclipse 3.2.1 patch

Hello there!
I use Eclipse 3.2 on OS X Tiger and WinXP.
Have paid an installed the MyEclipse 5.1.0 GA plug-in on both platforms...
Am getting an auto update request to install the Eclipse 3.2.1 patch.
The Eclipse 3.2.1 patch contains improvements for:
1. Java Development Tool 3.2.1 performance patch
2. Eclipse RCP 3.2.1
3. Eclipse 3.2.1
When I checked on it to download and install this particular patch it stated that it detected conflicts with:
Java EMF Model:
version 1.2.1.v20060815_M ---> Local MyEclipse5.1 directory
version 1.2.2.v20061027_M ---> Local Eclipse 3.2 directory
How can I update this patch without having it conflict with my installed MyEclipse plug-in?
