Database perspective [roblem in eclipse

I am not able to find the database perspective in eclipse window menu.
What may be the problem?Then how to connect to database?

Eclipse does not come with database support. However there are some nice plugins available. I like the quantum db plugin myself.

An IDE is no substitute for an Intelligent Developer.
