I'm starting here as it's a jsp related topic. How do I
get jstl working using netbeans. I'm using the head first
jsp book and it says I have to copy the jstl files into
the /web-inf/lib directory. however, when I create my
web project, there is no such dir. Under the Libraries
tree, I added them through the library manager, but I
when I run the app, I get this exception that basically says
I don't know where the jstl.jar files are...do I need to put
them in the web.xml file?

SInce this is Netbeans-specific, I've moved it to the IDEs forum.

And please, type WEB-INF not web-inf, when you mean WEB-INF (read this).
