J2EE Tech Lead--Calabasas, CA

We have an immediate need for a J2EE tech lead on a contract basis. The project will require an initial full time effort for two weeks, and then be reduced to half time for three to six months.

Required Skills:
- Proven track record in translating business requirements into real world applications.
- Ability to lead and provide guidance for more junior developers.
- Strong J2EE web application development experience.
- Experience with Spring framework.
- Experience with Hibernate Object/Relational mapping framework.
- Experience with Apache and Tomcat.
- Experience with CVS.
- Experience with Ant.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
