problem with SWT Designer6.3.0 installation

i hve installed swt designer6.3.0 for eclipse 3.2
and activated also.
But when i am creating new swt or jface application,
thn it goes into continues processing and not even able to close eclipse also.
i need to restart m/c for that.
can anyone help me for this,
is there any problem with installation.
