Requirements - 2+ years experience in design and implementation of J2EE applications. - 3+ years experience in Web application development (SOAP/XML, JSP, Struts). - Experience with database applications design, development and implementation utilizing major RDBMS. - Strong familiarity with programming and deployment environments in both Windows and Linux, Java/J2EE tools and frameworks such as Eclipse, JUnit, Sun Application Server, and Ant. - BS/MS Computer Science/Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
Desirable - Substantial and direct experience with highly available mission critical production environment. - Experience in development and deployment of Application Service Provider (ASP) applications. - Knowledge of UML and object-oriented design, including design patterns. - Sun Certifications in Java/J2EE. - Experience with a full product lifecycle for at least one major commercial software application.
