eclipse configuration

I hope someone can help me.

I use eclipse, now I am trying easy eclipse but when I open a resource eclipse opens the resouce but it is not selected at the package explore which make me waste a lot of time searching the resource trought the package explorer If wnat to submit it for example.

Does anyone know what I have to change to make it work?
