JBossIDE for Eclipse

hey guys

iam using JBossIDE for Eclipse 2.0.0 . when i start my jboss server in debug mode and if i did some changes the change is not reflecting in the jar
i have to re-create the jar and put in WEB-INF/lib

but other developer's are using similar ide and configuration they no need to recreate jar file .if they made some changes when they run their servers in debug mode

i dodnt know what happen

please suggest me
