First you need a book to know more about the Web Application Technology and then as you dictated yourself as a fresher. You must try avoiding IDE's really if you want to learn more. And after you do read some tutorials you will be able to code away as you like.Don't use to put your Specialization here. Whatever may be you can learn java web application technologies easily. First choose which technology to go and start learn today. If you had any doubts then just post it here..There are bunch of good guys who can heal your wound...oops..error..

Never try roseindia.net website.Because i personally not suggest these sites for beginners. This link may help you and just google it to find more good stuffs on the net. And use sun's website which is far more effective for a beginner like you.
