Description of position below (In this position you will be working for Prolifics).

Technology Requirements:

*Java (J2EE/J2SE) and either IBM WebSphere Portal Server, and Websphere Application server. Administartion and developement skills a MUST.

Technology Skill Pluses (not required):

*IBM WebSphere Business Integration (WBI)
*Lotus Domino
*SQL and/or RDBMS knowledge (i.e. DB2, Oracle, Sybase, Informix)
*Object Oriented Design and Analysis
*HTML
*AIX, Unix, Linux
*Apache, IIS, iPlanet

Consulting Capabilities:

*Possess strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
*Intermediate ability in the areas of scoping, defining requirements, technical design & build
*Intermediate communication and negotiation skills.
*strong problem solving skills. Ability to identify, prioritize and escalate issues
*Excellent written communication skills (in English)
*Excellent oral communications skills (in English)
*Must be a self-starter, very organized and able to work independently as well as in small groups, including customer technical and business employees.
*100% travel may be required.
*Basic pre-sales skills
