This is an error I'm getting when trying to create a website in netbeans. Can someone please help me. I'm using mysql and mysql-connector-java-5.0.8.

sound like classpath problem.

in netbeans, You can right-click to the project and set your classpath in the library option of the Project Properties dialog box. there you can add your JAR (mysql jar) files into to your project.
