Hi Adam.

I am having trouble getting up to speed with the GUI builder component of NetBeans. I would love to see a full book with lots of examples on this topic. Any chance of you (or anyone else you know) putting out such a book? Or, is there one I am not aware of out there already?

I don't know about dedicated books, but this page in the NetBeans knowledge base lists many tutorials regarding GUI building -

I agree with Rohan, start with the NetBeans doc he mentioned. My Pro NetBeans IDE 6 book does include a chapter on Swing development using the Matisse GUI builder, but it is only 1 chapter, which might not go into the depth you may be looking for. I'm not aware of any specific books on the way that focus on Matisse/GUI building in NetBeans, but keep an eye out here for new books on NetBeans :
