dynamic web project not found in eclipse

Hi,
I have downloaded and extracted eclipse-SDK-3.3.2-win32 in d:/.I had installed jre and jdk jar files inside it.i put com.sysdeo.eclipse.tomcat_3.2.0 in eclipse and i can see the tomcat images to start,stop and restart.I can able to see the tomcat page also.But i need to create a web project and to test jsp,servlets are working.but i didnt found the option web and dynamic web project inside eclipse.how should i proceed further?

I am using Web Tools Platform (WTP) Project for developing Web and Java EE applications.

Thanks.i have to download wtp separately and put it in eclipse?
