Can anyone suggest me what is the best IDE to use as we have to start a project using technologes JSF,Spring,EJB,Hibernate,Web services.

I don't think there is a "best" IDE at all; try the usual suspects like NetBeans, IntelliJIDEa, Eclipse, and see which you are happiest with.
