JBuilder to Netbeans problem

Good day!

I recently migrated a jbuilder big Java SE project into netbeans 6.1. The migration process using the migration plugin is quite a breeze. But when I tried to run the migrated project into netbeans, it keeps having an OutOfMemoryError every time I build the project. I assumed it has something to do with with the Java heap size so I adjusted the netbeans.conf file to no avail. I've also searched the web relating to migration problems but I found none. I'm not really sure now what to do on this...

Any help will be appreciated.
