If you install the Eclipse Web Tools Platform then you'll have an editor for JSP files as well as a lot of other tools to work with servlets, JSPs, XML files, etc.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
