My project is using two Jar files in the build path , Any time i war my project using Export--> J2ee -->war File. It does not include those two Jar files. And the Web server returns an exception. Is there a way to ensure that the two jar files are included in the war??

Create a folder called lib inside your project and copy relevant jar files to the lib folder.
