MVC Project not runs on NetBeans

I had developed a small application using MVC Architecture(JSP&Servlets). Then i run the project normally with tomcat6.0.16 and it works fine. But when try to run it through NetBeans its not working. I created it by Web Application with Existing sources. Why it happens so?. Did i have to change any settings in NetBeans?!!!. Any help will be appreciated!!!
