What are the benefits and why should I use My Eclipse over JDeveloper or NetBeans?

This is a choice the individual developer (or team) has to make. All we can do is provide you a list of our features, tutorials about our product, screencasts and webinars, and then it's up to you to decide if all that helps you be more productive at work compared to the other IDEs on your list.
MyEclipse has always had a singular focus: developer productivity. While we provide all the standard features you expect from your IDE at this point in the game, something that we've always had that sets us apart from competitors is the ability to reverse engineer or generate most of the artifacts you want to use in your projects without you needing to sit down and write everything by hand.
A while ago, probably about Version 5.5 or so, I would say we also became an IDE with the widest gamut of functionality as well with everything from ER Diagram generation, Hibernate/JPA/EJB3 entity generation, HTML/JSP/Struts/JSF/Facelets visual designer, Swing GUI Designer, Report Designer, Maven integration and the list just goes on and on and on.
