Websphere application server, eclipse, automatic publishing not working

Hi,
I integrated Websphere Application Server 6.1 (WAS) in Eclipse 3.4.0 and created project.
When i start server, it starts successfully, but when I publish any project it won't publish on server.
I checked the button of Automatic publish when resources change in Publishing settings.
But this works perfectly for Tomcat 5.5 and Websphere Application Server Community Edition 2.1.
Please tell me what's wrong.
