Error in java sip api

Hi,
I have tried to run a java sip api program.I can able to compile the program.but when running,the following error is displayed

Have you included the SIP JAR files in your web application?

Still the same error? You have put them in WEB-INF/lib?

I'll move this to Servlets since this is a servlet specific error, and has nothing to do with SIP itself - it just can't be found.

yes.I am using eclipse ide.I have put those jar files inside lib .but i have made these changes in the filesystem.but when viewing inside eclipse, there is no jar files found inside web-inf/lib.when running the program,same error is displayed.
