JOB REQUIREMENTS: ================= � Professional degree in HR Management from a reputed institution. Masters degree preferred. � 9 + years of total experience in a structured and medium corporate HR function. Min 4yrs in IT. � Key competencies include: strong verbal and written communications skills, teamwork, strategic thinking, analytical skills, ability to influence others, problem solve and interface/build relationships at all levels of management. � Good computer skills are a must for this position. � Ability to work independently, proven track record leading various initiatives within HR, ability to work with individuals at all levels o the organization, drive for results and initiative. � 6 years of experience in progressive HR practices including recruitment, training and development, performance management, HR MIS, HR policies and procedures.
