Using Ant for other than Java builds.

Has anyone used Ant for building other-language app's? I've gotten assigned to work on a small windows app written in C, and it'd be great if I could use Ant.

Used it as a deploy tool on an Windows DNA project once. Works as well as anything in that environment - where it didn't quite manage everything was more to do with the unpleasentness of deploying Windows DNA (reqistering/removing dll with multiple dependencies for example) than any failing in ant itself.
