Ant javac Directories structure.

Hi folks,,
i have to build a Ear file from a big set of java files.
My qestions is how sould i take of creating the directory structure in the Javac task ,it only picks up all the (.java) files but it is not creating any Cresspoding directroies it is picking up from.
Any Suggestion , Any help much Appricated.
