Technology Crafters is a Denver based custom software outsourcing company. We are currently looking for a choice candidate to work on an exciting project opportunity utilizing an agile development process with a local development team as well as an offshore development center.

Position: Java Guru � Agile SW Tech lead
Duration: 1 year or more
Location: Downtown Denver
Start Date: Approximately January 10th.
Engagement: Contract (1099)
Rate: Depends on Experience

1) Candidate must have the following qualifications:
5 years of hands on experience with Java
3 years of hands on with XML.
Min. 1 year experience working with offshore teams
Strong communication skills
Java guru � able to assist a high caliber team. Candidate must be a VERY strong coder.

2)The Nice to haves are:
Experience with Security applications
Experience with Java Digital signature
Experience with Agile development software projects
Experience extending Open Source
Architecture skills
Design experience

3)Travel:
1 or 2 paid visits to offshore team in Russia or India are possible.

3) Please provide resume in MS Word format. This should include information documenting how your projects utilized the various technical tools required. Also please clearly outline number of years of in depth experience in the following:
