I changed something in my files, then i run ant...it shows the follwing message and it does not compile the newly updated files....it takes only before file changes......

Build disabled because module is already built. To force the module [echo] to build define build-bypass.disabled=true.

More details, please.

What did you change? Is it supposed to build when nothing has changed? Is there some kind of clean target you're supposed to use if you want to build cleanly? Is it using the Uptodate task?

How about some build file snippets.

I'm editing this because I may have misunderstood. Please clarify what you changed. I was thinking you were saying you changed the build file, but are you saying you changed files that you want built and it is telling you nothing has changed? If that's the case we still need more details and build file snippet.
