Maven question: test-ear or test-war

Hi,

When to use Maven's test-ear or test-war?

Say, I want to test local interfaces of EJBs, I build an ear file with cactifyear, my test classes are in the cactified war file. It sounds like I need to run test-war, but in fact, it is test-ear that worked for me.

Thanks.
Yan
