How can i use local dependencies if maven is not able to download the dependencies.

Why can't your install of Maven download the appropriate artifacts? Is it a proxy server that is blocking you? Maven allows you to download through a proxy server if you give it the right configuration.

There are lots of solutions.

One you can create the directory structure yourself in your .mr/repository directory to match.

Run mvn with the arguments to add a jar to the local repository.

Create a mvn repository within your network and add a <repository> tag to your repositories that point to your "company" repository.
