Java J2EE team Leader Position

Position: Java /J2EE Team Leader

Location: Green Bay area, Wisconsin (relocation assistance is provided)

Salary: Base 80-90K

We are looking for an individual that will be self motivated and can work well in a team setting.
Leadership abilities, good communication skills and in-depth hands-on technology knowledge
will be mandatory. Product based life cycle development experience is highly desirable.

-Extensive Working Experience in Java development (J2EE) with exposure to EJB, Servlets,
JDBC programming is mandatory.
-Experience with DB2, WSAD and WebSphere 5 a must.
-Experience with full project lifecycle Plan & Strategy inputs, requirements. gathering,
UI design, technical designs, development, quality assurance testing, user documentation
and support a must.
-Experience with MQ, JMS and other integration technologies helpful.
-Able to work independently and within a small group (less than 4).

*Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
