NYC financial company seeks GUI Guru with the following expertise:
�Strong Java (4+ years) and C# (2+ years)
�Strong OO skills and design patterns.
�GUI (Java: AWT/Swing. C#: Infragestic controls)
�XML and related
�Multi-threading
�Interprocess communication (Java: RMI, JMS, SOAP, socket; C#: Remoting).
�Messaging � Tib/Hawk preferable but any messaging middleware (MQS, etc) will do.
�SQL and JDBC

Strong Pluses:
�Experience working on internally developed frameworks.
�Experience driving/running/managing such an effort.
�GUI design expert.

Compensation to $250k.
