I am just wondering if anyone on this forum uses Linux exclusively. I am trying to make the switch from windows to Linux, but I should say I have not yet been conviced why I would need to do that , apart from just the adventure.
I have just installed Fedora Core, which I should admit is quite lovely. I have another PC with Suse Linux. But, for both these systems, I do not have adequate support for my hardware. SO I still need to go to windows to print for example, because none of these distros is supporting my printer. And Sound Card is not detected by Fedora Core, so I can not play music either. No DVD software, which would not make sense without sound anyway.
The only thing I am appreciating at the moment is the internet experience. This is really very stable and popup free. Other than that, somebody tell me, why should I replace windows??
