Dear Reader

First of all thanks to Stefan Wagner gave me the answer and advice!
1.I know that the computer have been scanner because with"Sygate Personal Firewall" show me the message" somesome have been scaner your computer have Ip address indecated!.
2.A pup up message show my "document files" and ask me to buy "their internet security software". i try to cancell but my PC get stuck.

With you advice i try to follow what you have told me! And it's work well,but just some i can't delete at all.and error message"the programe have been used by window".

Thanks, Now i know what the virus are!

secondly thanks to Earnest Friedman_Hill to move my meassage in the correct topic, But Earnest Can you pleas tell me how to post in "General Computing topic". i have try but seem not work, Forgive me as i'm so new to this site!
