Mount makes the filesystem, contained on a block device, usually created
from a raw character device, available to the OS through the directory it
is "mounted" to per the mount command.

Mount makes the filesystem, contained on a block device, usually created
from a raw character device, available to the OS through the directory
named as the last argument in the mount command or referenced as the
first item on that line in the (v)fstab file.
