Pls Has anyone been able to share a Linux Printer with a system running windows using Samba

What I did was enable file and printer sharing in windows and install the samba server. I haven't used it yet but I'm able to see the shared printer. Also make sure you enable sharing in your printers and faxes.

Yes. im not sure how others do it. On linux I install the printer without a driver, or with a raw printer driver. ON windows I install the proper driver, then connect it to the printer that should show up in network neighborhood.

be sure your linux firewall has the proper ports open.
