I just installed FC5 on my dual boot laptop but I can't connect to the internet. I connect wirelessly to my router from my laptop. I have winXP on my laptop also and it works fine.

My /etc/resolv.conf file is empty and my proxy configuration is Direct internet connection and I'm using DHCP.

Also when I installed FC5, I did not install the Dial up Networking package (Not sure if it has anything to do it)

Can you show me how to fix this please? I'm new to linux so step by step instructions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I'm not using wlan myself and not FC5, so I guess I'm not of much help.

Perhaps iwconfig and iwlist are a starting point.

I would search on a dedicated FC5-forum.
