Hi Dean,
I think the answer is no. I just checked the Eclipse website and found there is no download for OS9.
MacOS9's Java runtime environment is 1.18. In order to run Eclipse, you need a JRE of 1.3 or 1.4.
Of course, it is possible someone knows a way around that.
