Leading provider of enterprise network configuration and change management solutions that automate critical change, compliance, and activation processes.


Responsibilities:
Individual and collaborative design of product capabilities and system infrastructure
Individual contributor responsible for the implementation and optimization of the platform and application software
Work closely with other software and QA engineers to build a quality product

Mandatory Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years software development experience in Java
Java Programmers Certification and Java Developers Certification
Thorough knowledge of object-oriented design methodology and standard software design patterns
Strong distributed systems background demonstrated by the design, implementation, and delivery of complex, multi-tiered distributed applications
Experience with a transactional J2EE development environment
Thorough knowledge of messaging architectures including JMS and MQSeries
Strong technical written and verbal communication in English
Committed to shipping excellent products
Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced environment

Additional Qualifications:
Experience designing and implementing relational database schemas for large, complex data sets. UML modeling experience preferred.
Experience with the JBoss J2EE environment and Hibernate persistence service
Experience with SNMP and other network management protocols
Strong background in IP networking and network devices
Experience with OSS, NMS, or network element management systems
Desire and ability to contribute in all phases of the product development lifecycle
Success working as part of a software development team

Salary: 75-90k
