Software Developer � Integration - Richardson, TX -FULL TIME

Leading provider of enterprise network configuration and change management solutions that automate critical change, compliance, and activation processes.

Responsibilities:
�Individual and collaborative design of product API, framework, and workflow for integration for the client's product.
�Individual contributor responsible for the implementation and optimization of the integration API and framework
�Work closely with other software and QA engineers to build a quality product

Mandatory Qualifications:
�BS in Computer Science or equivalent
�Minimum of five (5) years software development experience in Java
�Thorough knowledge of object-oriented design methodology and standard software design patterns
�Strong distributed systems background demonstrated by the design, implementation, and delivery of complex, multi-tiered distributed applications
�Experience with a transactional J2EE development environment
�Thorough knowledge of messaging architectures including JMS and MQSeries
�Experience with web services and WDSL (e.g.; Apache Axis)
�Strong technical written and verbal communication in English
�Committed to shipping excellent products
�Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced environment

Additional Qualifications:
�Experience with the JBoss J2EE environment and Hibernate persistence service
�Experience with SNMP and other network management protocols
�Strong background in IP networking and network device configuration
�Experience with OSS, NMS, or network element management systems, including BMC, Remedy, SMARTS, and HP OpenView.
�Desire and ability to contribute in all phases of the product development lifecycle
�Success working as part of a software development team

Salary - 75k-90k PLUS
