Anybody tried this out yet? http://landonf.bikemonkey.org/code/macosx/ They just had their DR2 release. Is it worth downloading and trying out?

I just downloaded the Tiger binary and ran "java -version"... So far, no problems

It looks like this will only work on Intel Macs, right?

Yes. I think FreeBSD -which this port is based on- only runs on x86.
