What if we install windows on mac, is there any problem in that ?

There are a number of software products that allow you to run Windows on the Mac - Parallels, VMware and Boot Camp. If you use one of those, I wouldn't expect any particular problems.

you would want an Intel processor,
if it's not required, it's highly desirable,

Actually, an Intel processor is required for using any of the mechanisms that Ulf listed.
