I know that there is a way to add HTML tags in a textarea but I don't know how to do it. Please help me! Thank you very much

I want to put HTML tags in this textbox I'm typing right now, so when you view my message you will see it with HTML formatted (likes bold, italics, ...) could you help me please. Thank you very much.
