Not really, no. In order to make that work, several things would have to happen.
1) The user would have to be using IE so that VBScript could be used in place of VB.
2) All of you controls that are not supported by the browser would have to run as Active-X controls. That would mean that the user would have to download and run them to make you page work.
Given these two constraints, I suppose that you could make such a conversion if your users are willing to run only IE, and you can convert all the VB to VBScript, and your users are willing to download all of your Active-X controls. Those are some big if's.
