I have the following line in my html file :
<LI><A HREF="Winhelp\Swing 1.1.1 documentation\Swing111.hlp"><b>Swing 1.1.1 documentation</b></A>
When I click on the url the windows File Download screen appears. I want the hlp file to open without the user being confronted with the Download Screen. Can it be done ???
Thanks.

To my knowledge it can not be done because of security restrictions, there might be an active X control that will stop the alert, but that will only work with IE. I am not sure if there is a code for it.
