I am having a form like so...
<form name="editRoleForm" method="post">
I have two buttons, like so...
<input type=button value="Submit" onClick="check_length()">
<input type=button value="Cancel" onClick="doCancel()">
The two JavaScript functions work for IE.
Only the doCancel works on Netscape.
function doCancel() {
document.forms.editRoleForm.action = "/servlets/qml";
document.forms.editRoleForm.elements.PAGE.value = "getRoles";
document.forms.editRoleForm.submit();
}
For some reason...checkLength() doesnt work in Netscape.
It fails ot he first line referencing the form.
function check_length() {
document.forms.editRoleForm.elements.PAGE.value = "insertNewRole";

It gives this message on Netscape:
editRoleForm is not defined.
JavaScript Error: http://localhost:7001/servlets/qml, line
41:

Any ideas???
Thanks!

Well, for whatever reason, restarting weblogic seemed to do the trick.
