Alignment inside table cell

The textarea is middle aligned in a cell (TD). The label of the textarea is also aligned at the middle of the texarea.
Is there anyway that the label is left aligned to the textarea (not to the cell) as shown below.

I have the feeling that your diagram didn't come out as intended. You might want to edit your post and put CODE "tags" around it.
