How to start a new browser instance process from java script

Hi,
I want to start a new browser(IE) instance from a browser. Currently we start it from a browser using a javascript command "window.open()". This opens a browser which is a part of the same process that the previous browser has. Because of that the http Session is shared between the two browsers. I want to start a new browser which is a different process so that it has it's own http session. Could anybody help me on this regard.
Thanks.

Sounds to me as if you would like a process submitted by another machine (the server that sent the page with the script) to be able to start a process on the client machine. While there may be some ActiveX way to this, I don't think that you can because of violating the sandbox security concept.
